1, the application of high temperature: coating working temperature up to 110 ℃ ~ 150 ℃.
2, high temperature 3PP long life: DIN30678 said 80 ℃ when the life of 30 years, 90 ℃ life of 15 years, 100 ℃ life of 8 years. (3PE at the temperature greater than 80 ℃, PE layer will soften)
3, high temperature peel strength and indentation hardness: DIN30678 specified 90 ℃ 3PP coating peel strength ≥ 80N / cm, indentation hardness ≤ 0.3cm (90 ℃ has reached 3PE-related standard adhesive Vicat softening Point, peel strength is almost zero).
4, impact resistance to meet the temperature: DIN30678 standard requirements of the impact conditions of 0 ℃ ± 2 ℃, and 3PE impact test did not make the requirements of the ambient temperature.
